Access had a few things they really wanted to accomplish with their video strategy. One of the main things was interviews with local businesses to highlight their neighbors. I was able to bring my previous experience managing interview shoots with ACMi to Access. I learned to coach the agents who have no formal on camera experience and make them comfortable on set. Initially, these videos had to be less than 60 seconds to fit on IG, but I used that time constraint and the available 4x5 aspect ratio to push how I formatted and presented the interview. After IGTV allowed us to post full HD, longer videos, we still decided to keep them short, only being a few minutes at most.
