Starbird Street (01.03.2019)
We got to Starbird St in Malden thinking they'd be further along. Since they were still putting on the finishing touches, we couldn't do a regular property video. Instead, I asked Al if we could try out a more down-to-earth video of him giving a quick look at the property how it is now. What we got was a nice filler video that had great lighting. (thank you skylights!)
Quincy Center (11.27.2018)
Working with Katelyn is always a treat. She wanted to highlight the location, the building and available units. Each of these segments was done in one take. We were able to do that for two reasons. Katelyn has extensive acting training, so she's really able to think on her feet. Also, I prepped for each of these shots with a walkthrough to see what my angles should be and to go over generally what Katelyn wanted to highlight. We supplemented the video with drone footage to give potential renters a better idea of where this building was located.
Bowdoin Street Investment (12.18.2018)
It's been really fun working with Dave. He was worried at first about being on camera, but the spirit of office rivalry made him want to top Al in terms of video quality and output. We did two takes for this video, but only used the second take in it's entirety since he nailed it that time around. I again supplemented the video with drone footage, especially since was just a piece of land. The aerial shots allowed us to give potential buyers a better idea of scale and location.
Marina Bay (11.20.2018)
This was one of the first videos I did with Access. We honestly were flying by the seat of our pants with this video. Al told me he wanted to highlight the Marina Bay area, so we drove over there and decided to take some aerial shots and highlight it's namesake by getting some gimbal shots of the marina. We added the voice over to give it a little more pop. I'm really proud with how I was able to think on my feet for this video.
